Did You Know? As a victim of a crime, you may qualify for a U Visa and include certain family members for the same benefit.

Eligibility for U Visa:

Be a victim of a qualifying criminal activity
Worked with law enforcement to file police report
Suffered substantial physical abuse as a result of the qualifying crime
Suffered substantial mental abuse as a result of the qualifying crime

Qualifying criminal activity, include but are not limited to:

Domestic Violence
Felonious Assault
Kidnapping
Sexual Assault
